YMC applied for 1,000 acres of rural land in Western Minya and secured a total acquisition of 904 acres under Al Iman & Al Taqwa for Land Reclamation.
The land was officially received in January 2024. Within a remarkably short timeframe, significant progress was achieved in agricultural infrastructure: five wells were drilled, solar power systems were installed to support irrigation requirements, and by November 2024, six pivot irrigation systems covering approximately 500 acres were successfully cultivated with sugar beet.
Current efforts are focused on reclaiming the remaining land to enable full-scale cultivation in the next phase.
